JTHS-MIAMI Golf Tournament to Benefit Veterans Organization on 9/11

The Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Council of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (JTHS-MIAMI) will host its 32nd annual JTHS-MIAMI Golf Tournament on Monday, Sept. 11 at the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens. Partial proceeds will benefit the Renewal Coalition, a Jupiter-based organization that assists wounded veterans and their families.

JUPITER, FLA. — The Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Council of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® (JTHS-MIAMI) will host its 32nd annual JTHS-MIAMI Golf Tournament on Monday, Sept. 11 at the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens. Partial proceeds will benefit the Renewal Coalition, a Jupiter-based organization that assists wounded veterans and their families.

“JTHS-MIAMI is honored to help a Jupiter Veterans organization on the 16th anniversary of the September 11 terror attacks,” said Lynne Rifkin, the 2017 JTHS-MIAMI president and a Realtor with Keller Williams of the Palm Beaches. “The Renewal Coalition is a shining example of a non-profit making a difference in the lives of wounded military and their families.”

Renewal Coalition (www.renewalcoalition.org) helps wounded veterans transition from military to civilian life. Renewal Coalition conducts local retreat experiences for injured servicemen who have endured lengthy stays at hospitals and rehabilitation facilities. Since 2009, the non-profit organization has helped more than 700 wounded military and family members with 58 retreats.

JTHS-MIAMI is looking for more players and sponsors to compete on one of the nation’s most iconic golf courses while helping Renewal Coalition help wounded veterans. Registration is $170 and includes a continental breakfast, lunch and scramble at PGA National’s Champions Course – Honda Pavilion (Home of the Honda Classic). Limited to 25 foursomes or 100 individuals.

Registration and continental breakfast for the 32nd annual JTHS-MIAMI Golf Tournament at PGA National Resort & Spa will begin at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 11; four-person scramble shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. and awards ceremony luncheon at 1 p.m.
