How Brokers Can Solve Data Frustrations with Transaction Management

What does transaction management have to do with accurate listing data? Plenty.

Think about it. As a home base for all of your listings, your transaction management platform is the first to know whether a property's status has changed to pending, sold, and beyond. Third party portals, however, are reliant on the MLSs, county records, and third party syndicators like ListHub to get their data.

Even when these sources do update the portals in a timely fashion, there is still room for error since none of them provide brokers and their agents a one-stop-shop for updating their listings in real time.
