Are Your Clients Missing Out on Your Marketing?

by | Apr 04, 2014

listing-syndication-digitalYesterday, we talked about the hazards of "staying in touch" with real estate clichés like refrigerator magnets and recipes. We touched on the danger of boring clients and what kind of content to leverage to avoid becoming irrelevant to your contacts.

Once you have a content plan in place, the next hurdle to overcome is making sure that all of your clients and prospects can receive your newsletter. This can be a daunting task. Think of all the different solutions you use that contain contact data--your CRM, transaction management platform, email client, and more. The trick is consolidating everyone into one database.

Why is this important? Because, according to NAR, while 86% of consumers are happy with their agent, only 23% hire them again. This is largely preventable if you stay in touch after the sale. Top producing agents, for example, get 70% of their sales from former clients and their broader sphere of influence. You can be sure that their database well organized and ever growing! If your database is disordered and spread out over umpteen different solutions, your marketing efforts are diffused and rendered ineffective.

If you're not sure where to start, don't worry. On Wednesday, April 9, we're teaming up with HomeActions to show you an easy way to get your database in order. We'll also learn the importance of leveraging analytics to improve the success of your marketing efforts.

Join us Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 1:00PM EST / 10:00 AM PDT to learn more!
