MIAMI Association of REALTORS

Ombudsman Program

by | Nov 28, 2016

It is a great program that is putting our association together with our REALTORS® and informing them that they don’t need to go any further if they can be resolved with just one phone call. I feel that this program is actually helping us resolve a lot of issues and other matters which can actually be done faster, easier, and more amicably. When I call them and introduce myself to let them know what the ombudsman program is all about and where I am calling them from, they feel relieved that someone is actually hearing their issues. They feel they don’t need to go any further, they just needed someone to express their frustrations to and be heard.
