Probably what my favorite thing about the association is that no matter how large we are, we always make sure we are connecting directly with our agents and directly to our members and no matter how big we get, our members are always first. What is best for our member is always put first. Whether we are looking at a new product, a new service, we make that it is something that we need and we make sure that it is the best product or service out there. We don’t just got with the first on that comes to us and I think that making sure our agents are able to connect directly with consumers with the best products and technologies out there, is what makes MIAMI so great.

-Christina Pappas 2017 Residential President Elect
