We are halfway through February. Time goes by so quickly. Our JTHS Leaders continue to focus on goals to maximize our Member's strengths. Our Professional staff continue to make enhancements to products and service offerings.

Hello JTHS Members…
We are halfway through February. Time goes by so quickly. Our JTHS Leaders continue to focus on goals to maximize our Member's strengths. Our Professional staff continue to make enhancements to products and service offerings. Together we are committed to providing opportunities to improve the VALUE of what is being delivered so that you can leverage these tools to successfully grow your business. Here are some highlights:

TOOLS & SERVICES FOR JTHS MEMBERS
iMAPP® Tax Roll Solution
, is now available to all JTHS members within your FLEX MLS. iMAPP features interactive mapping, tax, aerials, demographics, foreclosures, mailing labels, comparable data tools and more. The integration of IMAPP into FLEX MLS gives you an enhanced competitive advantage in the marketplace and an additional invaluable tool to increase your profitability and productivity. This product is offered at no additional cost to all JTHS and MIAMI primary members.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
We have increased the number of professional development offerings. In January, we had 375 class participants attending a variety of educational training events.

BROKER OUTREACH
One of our 2016 Leadership Goals is to have our Professional Team visit our member Brokers and their offices. Feedback from our Brokers has been very positive and greatly appreciated.

PUBLIC POLICY
Our Public Policy Team had their first meeting on February 3, 2016. The team has their plate full this year, i.e. , covering RPAC & Advocacy efforts, local candidate screening, housing issues, and local issues impacting Palm Beach & Martin Counties. At the next Public Policy meeting, Mayor Abby Brennen is tentatively scheduled to give an update on "All Aboard Florida".

LEADERSHIP
Congratulations to Nancy Lubeck and Bill Hall, they were both presented with the Miami "Leadership Award" at the recent 2016 Miami Inaugural and Awards Celebration last week.
Congratulations also to Patti Fitzgerald – she has been appointed by Governor Scott to serve a three year term as FREC Commissioner for Florida.

EVENTS
Please join our Social Events Team & Furry Friends (Adoption Clinic & Ranch) at the February After Hours Networking Event scheduled this Thursday, February 18 from 5-7 pm at the Craft Bar located in Reynolds Plaza, 1061 East Indiantown Rd, Jupiter. There will be a Silent Auction and 50/50 drawing to benefit Liberty, who was abandoned at a Jupiter warehouse. Proceeds raised will be used to train Liberty to become a fully trained service dog for a disabled Veteran.
