Florida Real estate License Renewal: The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) requires real estate licensees to complete 14 hours of continuing education courses every 2 years in order to renew their license. The 14 hours is a combination of 3 hours of Core Law and 11 hours of various specialty elective credits.
