Jupiter holds one of the most interesting bragging rights in sports: the small seaside town has the highest concentration of PGA Tour members anywhere in the United States.
Twenty-eight players on the PGA Tour live in Jupiter. Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Dustin Johnson, Rickie Fowler and others relocated to Jupiter and built homes here for various reasons.
Located in the northernmost town in Palm Beach, Jupiter boasts all-year sunny weather, pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, top restaurants, unparalleled ecotourism and world-class education.
Woods — who last year opened Harbourside Place, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex in downtown Jupiter — told Discover The Palm Beaches he chose Jupiter because of its family atmosphere, relaxed vibe, golf courses and beaches.
In Jupiter, you can go scuba diving, spear fishing, play golf, visit turtles on Juno Beach and eat some of the nation’s best seafood.
Jupiter isn’t the only Palm Beach city attracting world-class golfers. More than 60 current or former professional golfers live in the county, according to Discover The Palm Beaches. These golfers are using the local courses. Palm Beach has the most public and private golf courses (160) in Florida.
