Broker Outreach Committee: The Broker Outreach Committee communicates the value and
benefits of participating in the Association.
ByLaws and Policy Committee: The ByLaws and Policy Committee review, update and clarify the
Association Bylaws to appropriately meet the changing needs of
membership and comply with NAR requirements.
Business Partner/REALTOR® Committee: Create and maintain a receptive environment for business partners to promote their products and services throughout the Association and encourage business partner loyalty among our members.
Global Business Committee: The Global Business Committee helps design and organize
educational programs, seminars and networking opportunities to help
aid in the ever expanding global market of real estate
Golf Committee: The Golf Committee organizes a golf tournament for the enjoyment
of REALTORS® and their guest and create non dues revenue.
Grievance Committee: The Grievance Committee reviews and evaluates ethics
complaints/arbitration requests. (Requires attendance at yearly
Leadership Academy Committee: The Leadership Academy Committee educates and prepares members
to become strong and effective leaders of our Association.
Professional Development Committee: The Professional Development Committee provides programs and
seminars that enhance member knowledge and professionalism, provide
required license renewal credits and designation courses.
Professional Standards Committee: The Professional Standards Committee enforces the Code of Ethics
through education and proper procedures of investigation,
meditation and hearings. (Requires attendance at yearly
mandatory training and at least two years on The Grievance
Public Policy Committee: The Public Policy Committee reviews local, state and national
legislation and business initiatives affecting real property and
REALTOR® - Attorney Committee: The REALTOR® - Attorney Committee
promotes and maintains good working relationships between REALTORS®
and real estate attorneys.
REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC): The REALTOR® Political Action Committee keeps
members aware of the importance of political involvement,
encourages voluntary contributions and creates the means to meet
Social Program Committee: The Social Program Committee
arranges meetings, social events, banquet, etc. for networking and
maintaining good member rapport.
YPN Committee: The Young Professionals Network Committee
assists younger generation of REALTORS® (under 40 years of age) to
build a stronger link with the real estat industry.
