PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS COMMITTEE INSTRUCTIONS
ON FILING A COMPLAINT
The
REALTOR® Association Of Greater Miami & The Beaches has
two types of Complaints which may be submitted. If you would like
to file a Complaint with the Association, you will need to fill
out one or both of the enclosed forms, whichever is applicable to
the matter:
1.
ETHICS COMPLAINT
If
you wish to file an Ethics Complaint, you will need to determine
which Article(s) of the Code of Ethics you feel have been allegedly
violated. They must be noted in a type written statement with the
reasons for the violation(s).
This
must be done for each Article that you choose. Please attach the
narrative summary to the Complaint Form. Your statement should be
type written and as concise as possible.
Include
copies of any supporting documents, i.e., contracts, listing agreements,
correspondence, etc.
Mail
the above completed forms (original) and all supporting documentation
to:

When
the forms have been reviewed, you will be notified accordingly.

REQUEST FOR ARBITRATION
If
you wish to file a Request For Arbitration, you must fill out the
Arbitration Request Form.
Attach
a type written statement explaining the contractual dispute and
the amount of money you feel is owed to you.
Include
copies of any supporting documents, i.e., contracts, listing agreements,
correspondence, etc.
Mail
the above completed forms (original) and all supporting documentation
to:
