Below is a short set of instructions you can
use to send to a member for instructions on Downloading IRIS and finding
properties in Orlando, Tampa, and Sarasota.
To access the
IRIS program which gives you access to Active and Pending Sales in Orlando,
Tampa,
and Sarasota MLS go to
www.imapp.com .
Click on " Download "
Choose the "
Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches " as your Board.
Follow the Instructions to Download the Program to your computer. Ex./ Click
"Open", Next, Next , Finish..........
Once the program is installed in your computer you will see an icon that says
"Shortcut to IRIS" with a globe under it.
Click on the icon and use the same ID's you use to access the MLXChange.
Once you are logged in successfully, go to the Location field and choose your
county, Ex./ Orange County
Change the Database from Property Summary to the desired MFMLS field, ex./
Residential, Commercial, Rental, etc....
Choose your Search criteria and you will get the Active and Pending listings
that are there.
